MAGGIE is me, Catherine Nichols.

I've had a 20+ year career in tech and B2B SaaS marketing, working with everything from ambitious startups to global private equity-backed and public companies. My journey has taken me through acquisitions, sales rounds, and fundraising—the full spectrum of business growth.

I've successfully led teams ranging from two to 20 people, managed budgets from $750k to $4M, and handled ACVs from $30k to $500k. Whether it's 30-day sales cycles or 18-month marathons, pipeline targets from $3.5M to $50M, or companies with $100M ARR—I've been there and made it work.

I've built marketing functions from scratch and helped companies to scale successfully.

Since founding MAGGIE, I’ve focused on fractional CMO, fractional marketing director and other senior marketing consultancy roles.

I'm passionate about tech, sustainability, and data, always focusing on driving results. As a strong advocate for flexible working and supporting women in the workplace—having created three tiny humans myself—I believe in making work, work. With a no-nonsense, pragmatic approach, I’m all about getting things done.
